Support Services
We are experiencing rapid growth in demand for our support services. These services can vary in nature, ranging from a one-off engagement to help with resolving a particular problem with an ISO management system to outsourcing the internal audit function to one of our highly experienced consultants.

There are many reasons behind this growth and the most common reason is simply a lack of time to effectively manage ISO systems internally. In some cases the ISO systems are viewed as a ‘necessary evil’ but given the right approach and correct attention, these systems can result in real benefit, including; improved compliance with legislative requirements, improved efficiency and also in opening access to markets and clients which would otherwise remain a pipe dream.

On many occasions, we have engaged with clients to review and streamline ISO systems which have become tired and outdated. The result is more improved, streamlined and value add systems ultimately resulting in more efficient time and resources. Ask yourself the question – I am really getting any benefit from my ISO system at present?  If you wish to discuss how we could be of assistance in supporting your company with its ISO systems, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss how we could be of assistance and demonstrate the benefits which could be achieved.

Quadra has recently undertaken projects in Central London and further afield in Saudi Arabia, please contact us if you have a project which you would like to discuss. Contact us for more information.

Quadra has developed the CAVA tool. This allows one of our cyber security consultants to assess the information and cyber security controls in place within client organisations and to provide the client with a summary report which identifies key vulnerabilities and also mitigation measures. Brexit and GDPR
If the U.K. leaves the EU without a deal, most of the data protection rules affecting small to medium-sized businesses and organisations will stay the same.

The UK is committed to maintaining the high standards of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the government plans to incorporate it into UK law after Brexit.

If you are a UK business or organisation that already complies with the GDPR and has no contacts or customers in the EEA, you do not need to do much more to prepare for data protection compliance after Brexit.

If you are a UK business or organisation that receives personal data from contacts in the EEA, you need to take extra steps to ensure that the data can continue to flow after Brexit.

If you are a UK business or organisation with an office, branch or other established presence in the EEA, or if you have customers in the EEA, you will need to comply with both UK and EU data protection regulations after Brexit. You may need to designate a representative in the EEA. Contact us for more information.
