ISO stands for International Organisation of Standardisation. It is the hallmark for Audited Management Control Systems throughout Trade and Industry effecting all areas of business and qualified by ISO Certification and Registration.

A certification body is an entity that is authorised to certify its clients confirming that they conform with the requirements of a specific standard.

What is a UKAS/INAB accredited certificate?

United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the only accreditation body recognised by the British government to assess organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.

The Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) is the national body in Republic of Ireland with responsibility for the accreditation of laboratories, certification bodies and inspection bodies.

How long does it usually take to implement an ISO management System?

It really depends on the size of the organisation, the scope it covers and the amount of time the organisation is willing to commit to implement an ISO management system. Quadra estimates the average time to implement such a system to be 3-6 months.

What are the training requirements of auditing?

It is a requirement of the ISO series of standards for companies to have internal audits carried out. Quadra runs training courses which provide practical training for all planning, performance reporting and follow up of internal audits in all industry sectors.

Quadra deliver the public training courses in La Mon Hotel in Belfast which is located on the Gransha Road near Ballygowan. Quadra also deliver in-house training courses on the client premises.
