Having already understood the benefits that ISO certification brought to the business, through their ISO9001:2015 certificated Quality Management System, Senior Management recognised that to further elevate their position in the marketplace, address customer needs and augment and streamline their internal management systems, the need for the implementation of Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems, namely ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 was required.
Based on the experience Quadra held in this sector, we were chosen as the partner to Labplan to assist the business plan, develop and implement the management systems which met these requirements and the overall strategy of the business.
Quadra’s Consultants worked with the various teams within Labplan to fully understand their requirements and develop robust processes which met and aligned with the requirements of ISO14001 and ISO45001 respectively. Prior to external audit, Quadra also carried out a set of audits of the management systems, to ensure the business was ready for the next stage – certification.
Due to the diligent work of the Labplan team, assisted by Quadra Consultants, the business successfully achieved ISO certification first time. Aidan Smyth, Managing Director of Labplan commented;
