Arthur Cox – ISO 9001:2015 Transition
Arthur Cox has offices in offices in Belfast, Dublin, London, New York and Silicon Valley and offers a breadth and depth across every facet of corporate and business law and the resources to successfully manage and drive forward transactions on schedule.
Arthur Cox has held ISO 9001 certification since April 2004 and place quality and client satisfaction at the core of their service offering.
To maintain certification following the release of ISO 9001:2015 the Belfast Office of Arthur Cox employed the services of Quadra to assist with the transition to the newest version of the internationally recognised standard. The 2015 version represents the most up to date thinking and best practice in quality management and helps businesses across all industry sectors future-proof their business systems.
With the assistance of an expert Quadra Consultant the organisation worked diligently to ensure all the requirements of the updated standard were met, and the new system was subject to a management review and full cycle of internal audits.
The organisation then went through a rigorous accreditation process including thorough and objective auditing carried out by an external, UKAS accredited certification body to achieve ISO 9001:2015.
The achievement of ISO 9001:2015 recognises Arthur Cox’s ongoing commitment to the highest standards of customer service and greater consistency in service delivery and client communication. The firm’s Quality Manager Jim Hawthorne commented,
‘We believe in continuous improvement and as such our clients benefit from our consistent approach to their matters and assurance that their requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Quadra provided clear and timely guidance to our team throughout the transition period. ’
